Job Description

Central NJ-based property management company specializing in condominium and HOA management seeks proactive and detail-oriented administrative assistant to provide comprehensive office support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering phone calls and relaying messages, providing property managers with support in the organization and tracking of various projects, drafting correspondence and disseminating communications to community members, creating and monitoring the status of work order requests, coordinating remote meetings via Zoom, assisting with the maintenance of community websites as needed, assisting with the issuance of seasonal pool passes, and other standard clerical duties. Experience in association, property management is highly preferred.
