Job Description

Lifestyle Administrative Assistant Taylor Management is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Lifestyle Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the Lifestyle Department and assist with the planning and execution of community events and activities. This role combines administrative support with resident engagement and event coordination responsibilities to help ensure smooth department operations and a positive resident experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in community environment. The Lifestyle Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Lifestyle Director while serving as a helpful and welcoming point of contact for residents, vendors, and community groups.
Salary:
$50,000 annually Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Lifestyle Department and Lifestyle Director Support the planning and execution of community events, meetings, and activities Answer phones, respond to resident inquiries and assist with general office communication Prepare and distribute promotional flyers, calendars and important event announcements Assist with resident registrations, ticket sales and event-related paperwork Coordinate event logistics with the Facilities Manager by preparing and compiling detailed event setup documentation on a weekly basis Maintain department calendars, event schedules, bulletin boards, and filing systems Update Lifestyle information on community website and internal bulletin board software Help maintain organized office and event spaces and inventory all supplies for reorder Maintain and track ticket sale records in Excel spreadsheets and prepare deposit documentation for submission to the Finance Manager Assist Lifestyle Director with maintaining annual department budget Collaborate with resident committees, clubs, and community groups to support engagement initiatives Assist with training of Lifestyle volunteer committee members Work with SafePassage Solutions (virtual gate entry system) to schedule vendors and guests for smooth entry onto the property Assist with event execution initially, with the opportunity to independently lead community events and activities as determined by the Lifestyle Director (some nights/weekends) Greet and assist residents, guests, entertainers, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook communication, and calendar/scheduling management Ability to maintain a professional, organized, and approachable demeanor while managing frequent interaction with residents, community groups, and high volumes of communication and requests. Strong administrative, communication, conflict-resolution, and multitasking abilities.
