Job Description

We are seeking a Full Time Office Assistant who is self-motivated, well organized and technologically savvy. As part of a small, dynamic team you will have a broad range of responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
  • Data entry
  • Handling A/R
  • Faxing, filing, copying and scanning of documents
  • Answering client phone calls
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to management
  • Correspondence via email
  • Handling and organizing documents
  • Ensuring the proper working order of all office resources
  • Stocking all supplies, maintaining the overall well-being of the office
  • Maintenance calls
  • Up-keeping safety/health standards
  • Maintaining inventory system
  • Preparing daily driver routes
Requirements:
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Candidates should be well organized, professional and reliable
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks or willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Candidates must be available to start
