Job Description

Administrative Assistant Our client is a global leader in supplying products that service healthcare, hospitality and food solutions. They are seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant responsible for providing administrative support to executive leadership while supporting special projects and business initiatives. Manage the organization's philanthropic efforts, maintaining relationships with non-profit partners and ensuring values align. In this role, you will manage the record-keeping of company events, trips and business travel which includes any notes/communication and photos. This role reports to an office M-F.
Responsibilities:
Support the CEO of the company in administrative duties and projects Create corporate communications regarding business initiatives and goals ensuring writing is professional and articulate Oversee organization's philanthropic efforts / activities; including donation management Establish and maintain relationships with nonprofit partners, contributing to charitable programs ensuring organization's values align Support the successful execution of corporate events Assist with corporate event and charity communications; following up as needed Keep record of company events, trips and business travel to include notes/ communication for executives and photos Manage multiple projects across internal depts.; prioritize and meet each deadline
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications or related Min. 3+ years of Administrative Support experience Experience with philanthropic / charity work a plus Administrative skills required Strong Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Drive required) Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills PowerPoint experience with ability to create organization charts, etc. Experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) a plus Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment
Offering:
