Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living Join our team as a Custom Interior Coordinator, where you will market, sell, coordinate, and oversee the installation of custom finishes in residents' apartments. Your efforts will directly impact the community by enhancing apartment appeal, increasing occupancy rates, and supporting overall growth.
Compensation:
$55,000-$60,000 annually plus a generous performance bonus. Education assistance, certification reimbursement and access to over 6,000 courses through our online learning library, designed to enhance your current skills and build new ones How you will make an impact Coordinate each phase of custom service projects, to include: initial marketing efforts, invoicing, final implementation and quality assurance. Market custom services finishes and products to both future and existing residents and assist in the selection of custom finishes and products. Provide pricing, process and product specification information to residents Process custom services work orders, issue purchase orders to contractors, and schedule the work to be performed Log all custom service checks received and deliver them to the Finance Department on a monthly basis What you will need Minimum of 1 year experience in general construction, home renovations, or working with contractors in a professional setting. Minimum of 1 year of broad customer service experience within a Maintenance or General Services department is required. Strong sense of financial acumen preferred. Maintenance trouble-shooting and coordination, as well as public relations experience, is a plus. Project planning experience is a necessary. Analytical, project coordination, and public relations experience preferred. Basic computer skills preferred. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
