Type:
full-time We are seeking an ambitious go-getter to become a part of our Remodeling Office Management team. The ideal candidate will have a background in remodeling management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive member who can effectively collaborate with various representatives, builders, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Duties:
Help plan, coordinate and supervise client activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Communicate with team members, clients and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. Help ensure project documentation, including contracts, permits, work order changes, and invoices are filed accurately. Oversee scheduling of remodeling tasks and manage timelines to meet project deadlines. Maintaining filing systems and databases for project information. Maintain records of project progress. Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to subcontractors and vendors. Handling office supplies and equipment inventory. Help track project costs and generate financial reports. Verifying and categorizing bank transactions in bookkeeping software.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Remodeling Office Manager or similar role in the Remodeling industry. Knowledge of remodeling project phases, terminology, and industry regulations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive. QuickBooks experience is a PLUS. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in paperwork and data entry. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in budgeting, scheduling management, and file organization. Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent written and phone etiquette skills for effective communication. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels of an organization. Experience in vendor management with a focus on building strong professional relationships. A proactive approach to problem-solving, negotiation and decision-making in a fast-paced environment. AP/AR experience is a PLUS. CAD/Design experience is a PLUS.
