Proficient in keyboarding, email, Microsoft Office and use of internet. Ability to use computer based applications for record keeping. Working knowledge of basic office procedures and operation of office equipment (computer, fax, copier) Previous experience working in an office. High School diploma. Principal through the Assistant PrincipalJOB GOAL
To contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the school office.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Able to organize, proofread, and type correspondence, reports, and other written communications accurately. Maintain student attendance records and all related correspondence via Realtime. Assist with transfers and updating student information. Assist in preparation and filing of requisitions for supplies. Assist with Free and Reduced Lunch program. Assist with student transfers and registrations. Collect and record all incoming papers and various materials. Answer phones/intercom in a friendly and helpful manner. Assist Principal and Assistant Principal as needed.COMPENSATION
As per GTSPA contract. ($29,120•$40,229 per year. Final compensation will be based on school experience and qualifications)BENEFITS
Full Time Staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision Benefits. Vacation, Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included.TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
