Allaire Chem-Dry & Pure Maintenance of Central Jersey Are you organized, friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping people? We are a family-owned business that has been serving Monmouth and Ocean Counties for over 35 years and are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to join our team. Our companies specialize in healthy homes through professional carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning, and indoor air quality/mold remediation services. We take pride in exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally. Schedule appointments and coordinate technician calendars. Respond to customer emails and text messages. Prepare estimates and invoices. Follow up with customers after appointments. Request online reviews from satisfied customers. Maintain customer records. Assist with light marketing and administrative tasks. Qualifications Friendly and professional phone manner. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office. Ability to learn scheduling and customer management software. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required. Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Hours Approximately 20-25 hours per week, with flexible scheduling during normal business hours.
