Office An international manufacturing company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the MIS Manager and team. This role provides a wide range of administrative support while maintaining a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail. You will serve as a key point of coordination and a resource for internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and meeting minutes Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics Process purchase requests, invoices, and expense reports Support onboarding activities, including equipment setup for new hires Assist with budget tracking and cost reconciliation Create presentations, web content, and other internal documentation Maintain records, databases, and project tracking tools Handle correspondence, mail distribution, and visitor coordination Support contract tracking, routing, and approval processes Plan and execute team events and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred 1+ year of work experience preferred; new graduates are also encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities Ability to prioritize, adapt, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Teams, and Zoom Familiarity with general office practices and procedures Japanese language skills are preferred but not required
