Job Description

Job Overview The function of the Senior Program Administrator is to oversee the daily operations of the Residential Program, in addition to supervising the Program Administrator. The Senior Program Administrator provides necessary support for the consumers to meet their daily living needs and improve integration into the community. They assure that the consumers are assisted with their personal needs, household tasks, medical, finances, community integration and their daily living needs according to the Individual's Service Plan. The Senior Program Administrator is to oversee the compliance of each facility according to the policies and procedures of DDD/OOL/Medicaid/agency. Duties Manage day-to-day operations of various programs, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulations. Supervise program staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth. Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and families to enhance program effectiveness. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability and accountability within program operations. Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to meet the needs of participants. Collaborate with social work professionals to integrate best practices in service delivery. Maintain accurate administrative records and reports related to program activities and outcomes. Skills Strong management skills with a proven ability to lead teams effectively. Experience in program development tailored to meet the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities. Proficient in relationship management, fostering collaboration among diverse groups. Solid administrative experience in managing programs within a healthcare or social services context. Expertise in program management principles and practices. Supervising experience that includes mentoring staff and promoting a positive work environment. Background in social work or related fields that enhance understanding of client needs. Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management within program settings. Familiarity with behavioral health concepts and their application in program design. This position requires a dedicated professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while ensuring effective program administration.
