full-time A non-profit organization is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion.

Salary range:

65k

  • 75k Fully onsite Monday
  • Friday Hours: 11:00am
  • 7:00pm
Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Manage calendars, inboxes, and communications, prioritizing tasks effectively. Coordinate meeting logistics, including catering, room preparation, and ensuring timely transitions. Organize travel arrangements, including itineraries and related documentation, ensuring smooth execution. Process invoices, reimbursements, and expense submissions accurately and promptly. Perform end-of-day office close-down procedures and prepare for the next business day. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and a high-quality patient experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in executive support in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in database management systems, including workspace management and report generation. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication abilities in fast-paced environments. Availability to work onsite during specified hours to meet operational needs.
