About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The major end result of this job position is to maintain an efficient and organized office environment that enables our team to focus on delivering high-quality services to our clients. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our team and organization.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in a similar administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyPreferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience in the Health Care Services industry Experience with calendar management software such asOutlook or Google Calendar Responsibilities:
Keep billing records accurate for billing purposes Scan and update billing records accordingly Handle general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Assist with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining recordsSkills:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will use your excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for scanning documents and maintaining billing records. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite will be essential in handling general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing. Additionally, your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively will be crucial in assisting with general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining records.
