Voorhees, NJITAF LLC (It Takes A Family) is a multifaceted social service organization that partners with the community to provide outpatient services for individuals facing mental health, behavioral, and emotional challenges. Our holistic approach considers each client's life circumstances, relationships, and environment in addition to their presenting concerns.We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our busy Voorhees office.
Key Responsibilities Answer and route client inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Review and process client documentation to encourage client engagement and improvement Provide administrative support to the billing department. Help with general office follow-up with office errands and supplies logisitics Perform general office duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of office experience required. At least 1 year of administrative and/or customer service experience. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent computer skills (email, document management, basic office software). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
