Wall, NJ Position Summary We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Intern to assist the owner of a busy residential remodeling company with day-to-day administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in business operations, office coordination, project support, and small business management. The Administrative Intern will help with scheduling, organizing information, preparing documents, following up on tasks, and supporting the owner with various administrative needs. Key Responsibilities Assist the owner with daily administrative tasks and organization. Help manage calendars, scheduling, reminders, and follow-ups. Prepare, organize, and update documents, spreadsheets, and notes. Track open tasks, deadlines, and action items. Support communication between the owner and team members. Assist with filing, data entry, document cleanup, and office organization. Help prepare meeting notes, recap emails, and task lists. Support special projects as needed. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling company information. Qualifications Current student or recent graduate preferred. Strong organization and communication skills. Comfortable using email, calendars, Google Drive, Google Docs, and spreadsheets. Detail-oriented and able to follow through on tasks. Professional, dependable, and willing to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment. Prior office, admin, customer service, or internship experience is a plus but not required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, trustworthy, and eager to learn how a growing company operates behind the scenes. This person should be comfortable helping with a variety of administrative tasks, asking questions when needed, and keeping information organized so the owner can stay focused on higher-level priorities.
