Salary:
23.00 - 29.00 USD / HOUR Share Share Email Post Share J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. is looking for a
Full Time Project Administrator Expectations & Duties:
Maintain control of documents and provide support to the management team Process customer billing via client specific portals Coordinate scheduling, billing and organization of work orders Schedule subcontractors Submit check requests Generate reports for various client specific requirements Review and follow up on aging reports Assist with monthly accrual process
Process NJ One Call Mark-outs Qualifications & Experience:
Strong computer proficiency skills in Word, Excel, & Outlook High attention to detail, organization and strong communication skills Able to adapt to constant changes and various requests simultaneously •Experience in construction industry is preferred but not required•If you require sponsorship now or in the future, please discuss with recruiting or hiring team during interview process.
