Qualifications Experience using a multi-line phone system, with the ability to screen communications based on predetermined guidelines

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to multitask with attention to detail

Experience working on cross functional teams

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong self-motivation Responsibilities Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls

Receive and direct visitors and guests

Handle daily UPS, FEDEX and USPS shipments

Order office supplies

Provide administrative support to project personnel

Assist new employees with the completion of their new hire paperwork
