PART TIME Administrative Assistant

Getz Funeral Home is proud to be able to offer pet cremation services to our Las Cruces community with the same high standards we abide by every day for our human family, friends and acquaintances. In addition to offering immediate response and dignified pet cremation services, we offer special pet tribute products and other grief support materials to make this major life passage one of meaning and significance.

Position Description Overview & Responsibilities:

Maintains a professional and friendly attitude while offering assistance and guidance to all people calling and entering the crematory. Meet with pet owners to make arrangements for pet cremation and tribute products Greets and receives client families and/or other people entering the office for information and assistance Work closely with veterinarians to assist grieving pet owners Enters payment and account information Maintain inventory of products and supplies Order specialty tribute products for families Directs calls to appropriate team members Works with Microsoft Word, Excel. Enter Vital Statistic Information into various software programs
