Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) $20/hour
Schedule:
9:00am - 1:00pm Monday - Friday We're seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional for our Corporate Office in Los Lunas, NM. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our CEO and management team by coordinating administrative operations and helping our office run efficiently every day. If you're a dependable multitasker who takes pride in delivering exceptional support, we encourage you to apply! What You'll Do Provide comprehensive administrative support to Executive Management, Operations, Accounting, and Human Resources. Answer phones and greet visitors. Handle incoming/outgoing internal and external correspondence daily. Maintain files and records (electronic and physical). Monitor office supply inventory and request new supplies as needed. Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion. Help improve systems and processes to increase organizational efficiency. What We're Looking For A minimum of 2 years years of professional administrative experience. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to prioritize competing demands and pivot when necessary. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Previous experience in Apple productivity tools is highly desired. Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desired. Qualifications A minimum of two years of professional administrative experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Physical Requirements Sitting for periods of time. Lifting up to 25 pounds.
