Secretary/Document Scanner Lea County (Classified as a Legal Assistant)

Position Available :

The District Attorney's Office in Lovington NM, has an opening for a Secretary/Document Scanner ( Classified as a Legal Assistant) with a minimum of two years' secretarial experience. Candidate must possess excellent computer, interpersonal and organizational skills. Maintain confidentiality at all times. Familiarity with use of scanners, copiers, printers, imaging software is a plus. Ability to learn aspects of prosecution court/criminal procedures. High degree of attention to detail required. Ability to communicate and work with outside agencies. Employment record must reflect good attendance and candidate must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check.
