Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, organized, and self-driven Administrative Assistant to join our team in Carson City, Nevada. This is a permanent, full-time, in-office 1099 position for someone who takes pride in their work, can manage multiple priorities, and is motivated to grow with the company. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and problem solver who can work independently without needing constant direction. This position will begin with core administrative responsibilities, with the opportunity to take on additional duties and responsibilities as you demonstrate your capabilities. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and office support Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting deadlines Maintain organized digital and physical files and records Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with client and team communication Data entry and updating company systems Schedule meetings, appointments, and team activities Prepare documents, correspondence, reports, and other administrative materials Assist with client records and internal processes Track tasks, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met Assist with general office organization and operations Support management and team members with various administrative needs Learn company systems, procedures, and processes quickly Take initiative to identify tasks that need to be completed without waiting to be asked Take on additional responsibilities as your skills and knowledge develop Bookkeeping Experience — Preferred Experience with Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Accounts Payable (A/P) is strongly preferred. Position Requirements Must be able to work 40 hours per week Must be available Monday through Friday Weekends off Must be able to work in the office in Carson City, Nevada Strong computer and general office skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must be dependable and consistently punctual Bookkeeping/A/R/A/P experience preferred Important Employment Information This is a permanent, full-time, in-office 1099 independent contractor position located in Carson City, Nevada . The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off .
