Job Description

We are looking for a tech savvy, detail-oriented candidate capable of working independently to complete a high volume of tasks accurately and timely while providing exceptional customer service. Starting Wage:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour, depending on education, experience, and qualifications. Candidates who possess a valid Property Management Permit are eligible for a starting wage of $25.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. What you would be doing in this role: Greet Customers Answer Phones Perform data entry and file management tasks Maintain positive relationships and communication with Realtors, team members, clients, tenants, owners, and company departments What we'd like you to bring: Associate degree or equivalent education and/or work experience. Recent property management experience. Current NV Real Estate license and NV Property Management Permit (must be willing to obtain). Strong interpersonal skills Strives for continuous improvement and accepts constructive feedback to improve service. Effective written, verbal and listening communications skills. Ability to read and write English fluently. Strong attention to detail; ability to be highly accurate with critical information and able to adapt during constant interruption of duties. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changes while meeting deadlines. Exceptional analytical & problem-solving abilities. Solid attendance history and a dedication to continuous employment. Positive & productive attitude. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Professional dress & demeanor. Intermediate knowledge of Windows operating system and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) Appfolio software experience helpful.
