This role combines front desk responsibilities ensuring smooth operations with hands-on assistance in the shop, helping ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage the front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy. Handle incoming calls , ensuring excellent phone etiquette. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff. Perform data entry, filing, and clerical tasks to maintain organized office records. Assist with office management duties including inventory management of supplies. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative tasks. Support team members with various administrative functions as required. Greet customers and provide professional customer service. Assist technicians with vehicle preparation and cleanup. Maintain shop cleanliness and organization. Stock and organize supplies, tools, and inventory. Help unload deliveries and manage inventory levels. Assist with basic shop tasks as assigned by management. Ensure a safe and professional work environment. Answer phone calls, emails, and text inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar. Prepare estimates, invoices, and collect payments. Follow up with customers regarding appointments and completed work. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. Qualifications Previous customer service, receptionist, or automotive experience is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy setting. Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic computer skills (scheduling, email, invoicing, and data entry). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
