Job Opening :
: Office Clerk The Office Clerk position is responsible for supporting the administrative tasks of the management team and restaurant functions. This position provides administrative support to the management team. The Office Manager requires a high level of professionalism, confidence and confidentiality.
Duties:
Responsible for maintaining the overall effective operating procedures for the office. Handle and follow through on phone inquiries as well as answer calls when Managers are unavailable Order supplies Daily office audit. Weekly slot drops and count. Balance daily restaurant and bar banks and safe-large money handling. Basic knowledge of purchase orders and receiving procedures. Review and process new hire paperwork including I9 and W4 forms Assist employees with questions regarding workplace benefits and processes Maintain equipment or facilitate service calls as needed.
Qualifications:
Ability to possess a Nevada gaming card. Accounting experience preferred. Microsoft, Excel and other standard computer-based system knowledge required. Stratton Warren experience a plus. Ability to compile, compute and analyze pertinent data needed for reports Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple tasks at once with minimal direction Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills required Additional Information
