- Review and process applications submitted to the Department of State, Division of Licensing Services for complete information and verify that additional required documentation is present.
- Review experience, education and exam documents.
- Handle payments, refund requests and verify accuracy of financial reports.
- Correspond and assist applicants and licensees through mail, email or telephone.
