Responsibilities Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc. Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work Track engagements with the use of Access software Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others Organize, update, and maintain calendars Manage multiple priorities
