Job Description
Job Overview Eagle Scaffolding Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and tech-savvy Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of administrative responsibilities and can work both independently and as part of a team. The Office Assistant will provide general administrative and clerical support to our office staff. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: data entry, entering employee hours, filing, answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers and visitors, creating and maintaining files and labels, preparing shipping tickets, maintaining permit databases and truck logs, and assisting with general office needs as they arise. The position will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory of office supplies and ensuring the office remains organized and well stocked. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and a good communicator. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is comfortable learning new systems and processes, and can prioritize tasks while working independently. The ability to remain flexible and productive in a fast-paced environment when needed is important. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. QuickBooks experience is preferred but not required. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and technology quickly are important for this position. This is a consistent part-time position, two days per week (Monday and Wednesday), with the flexibility to occasionally add an additional day during busier seasons or when office needs require additional support.
