Job Description

We're a fast growing kitchen and bathroom remodeling company in Central New York, and we're looking for someone to help run our office. Customer side Answering phones and returning calls Scheduling estimates and keeping the calendar straight Following up with customers before, during, and after their project Project support Tracking material orders and staying on suppliers — knowing what's ordered, what's late, and what's holding up a job Coordinating with our design partners on selections, drawings, and timelines Keeping job files, permits, and project paperwork organized Office and HR New hire paperwork, onboarding, and personnel files Helping post job openings and schedule interviews General clerical work — filing, data entry, correspondence, supply orders Working directly with the owner to keep everything moving What we're looking for: Someone reliable who shows up and does what they say they'll do Comfortable on the phone, whether it's an anxious homeowner or a supplier who's three weeks late Organized enough to keep multiple crews, a full schedule, and a stack of material orders from tangling up Discreet — you'll be handling personnel and customer information Basic computer skills — email, spreadsheets, scheduling software Construction experience is a plus, not a requirement. We'll teach the trade side.
Pay:
$19.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
