Overview The Companies of J.J. Young is seeking a skilled Office Coordinator for our client in Ballston Spa, NY. The client operates a construction company in the Capital Region and is looking for an Office Coordinator to manage administrative duties, run the office, and support other departments. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of office management experience, is tech savvy, and is knowledgeable in accounting software (Sage preferred). This is a temp-to-hire role. Duties Answer phones and a greet visitors Inventory and office supply purchasing Meeting scheduling and coordination Manage job boards with required postings for job sites Weekly equipment charge-out entry and tracking Post weekly reports to designated office bulletin boards Interview scheduling and coordination Assist with onboarding Support HR Manager in benefits renewals Match credit card receipts to monthly spreadsheets and follow up on missing receipts Plan, coordinate, and execute company events Skills High School Education or GED (some college preferred) 2+ years of experience in office coordination or management Ability to plan and manage assignements and prioritize for sucessful outcomes Excellent judgment, decision making, multi-tasking, and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office This position is integral to maintaining an efficient office environment that supports our client's organizational goals. Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
