Job Description

Performs a wide variety of office duties including but not limited to scanning documents, answering phones, transferring calls to appropriate parties, or taking messages, receiving, and announcing visitors, typing, filing, assuring proper office supplies are available, and maintaining a coordinated stream of paperwork. Ideal skills Strong customer service and phone etiquette Clear verbal and written communication Ability to scan, upload, file, and organize documents accurately Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email Familiarity with using a multi-line telephone Ability to multitask and prioritize daily office responsibilities Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain workflow Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent The ideal candidate must have a driver's license, meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
