In this position, you will be the first point of contact for Tennent's and visitors, manage essential administrative tasks, and support various departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Front desk with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression. Assisting the Property manager in various duties Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support office workflows. Experience in working in a fast pace environment with the ability to multi task Experience with rental properties Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications. Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Previous experience with data entry, filing, and proofreading. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Knowledge of office management practices including calendar management and customer support procedures. Knowledge of property management is a plus.
