As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our organization. Your responsibilities will include providing administrative and clerical support to various departments and assisting in the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will be expected to handle a range of tasks with precision, attention to detail, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management:

Maintain an organized and welcoming office environment. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Administrative Support:

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries from clients, employees, and external partners. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences, and manage calendars for team members.
