Automotive Service Business Development Representative

The Role:

As a Service Department Business Development Representative at Generation Kia, part of the Generation Auto Group, you are the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and team members. You play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting daily administrative operations. Your friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and attention to detail help ensure an exceptional customer experience from the moment someone walks through our doors or calls the dealership.

Your Impact:

The primary functions of this role include, but are not limited to: Answer all incoming service calls promptly and professionally Make outbound calls to customers for appointment scheduling, follow ups, and service reminders Contact customers regarding open recalls and recommended or declined services Reach out to customers who are due for maintenance to drive service appointments Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments accurately Document customer concerns and vehicle details clearly in the system Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and improve show rates Maintain consistent communication to build long term customer relationships Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment goals Keep accurate records of all calls, conversations, and scheduled appointments Work closely with service advisors to align scheduling with shop capacity Deliver excellent customer service to support and maintain strong CSI scores Handle customer questions, concerns, and rescheduling needs professionally

Who You Are:
