Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fiscal Clerk with Administrative Duties to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the facility while also providing general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily financial tasks including billing and data entry. Assist with accounts receivable functions. Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with general office communication. Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper). Provide administrative support to management and other departments. Assist with front desk functions. Assist with audits and reporting as required.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting, business, or related field preferred. Prior experience in clerical, fiscal, or administrative roles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
