Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a fast-paced position that involves a wide variety of administrative and operational tasks . The Administrative Assistant will work closely with upper management and store managers to help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across multiple locations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Work closely with upper management and store managers on daily administrative and operational needs Handle a wide variety of tasks and special projects as assigned Answer and direct phone calls and emails Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, spreadsheets, and files Communicate with store managers regarding paperwork, schedules, projects, and other operational needs Follow up with vendors and service providers Assist with coordinating repairs, maintenance, and other services for store locations Maintain office records and supplies Assist with social media management and company postings Track projects and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time Assist management with research, scheduling, correspondence, and other day-to-day needs Provide general administrative support wherever needed
Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and handle changing priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer use Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable communicating with managers, employees, vendors, and outside companies Able to work independently while also working closely with a team Willing to take on a variety of responsibilities as neededPosition Details:
