Job Description

Business Systems Coordinator Location:
Central Islip, NY Love Excel, Data, and Problem Solving? We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Coordinator to help maintain the data, pricing, and business systems that keep Quality Enclosures running efficiently. You'll work with multiple departments, support key business processes, and ensure critical information stays accurate and up to date. If you enjoy solving puzzles, organizing information, and making things run smoother, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Maintain product, pricing, inventory, vendor, and customer data across business systems. Manage spreadsheets, price books, and related documents. Research pricing and support quote updates. Review reports and verify data accuracy. Generate reports, invoices, and other operational documents as needed. Support ongoing process improvements and data management initiatives. What We're Looking For Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other business applications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Experience working with business systems, databases, ERP software, or data management tools is a plus. Why Join Us?
