Job Description
Administrative Clerk Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to provide administrative support and ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Key Responsibilities Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, copying, and data entry. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Maintain accurate records and organize office documents. Prepare reports, letters, and other business documents. Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management. Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed. Maintain office supplies and assist with inventory tracking. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF . Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
