Position Summary The ERIE21 Youth Program Administrator is responsible for the strategic development, systemic implementation, and collaborates with colleagues to exhibit high-level management of services for secondary students across local school districts (primarily Syracuse City schools), with a focus on regional urban and rural partnerships. A primary responsibility of this role is the oversight of Career & Technical Education (CTE) bridge programming, ensuring a seamless and measurable transition from vocational and technical career tracks into additional ERIE21 programs and high-growth potential pathways. To ensure industry-leading engagement and retention, the Administrator will architect and manage a performance-based participation framework designed to incentivize student consistency and milestone achievement. This individual is responsible for cultivating a leadership and service pipeline, elevating students into roles as program ambassadors and peer-facilitators to ensure the program is informed by "credible messengers" within the community. The Administrator oversees the delivery of sophisticated, age-appropriate curriculum in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Workforce Futurism, while directing specialized, revenue-aligned pilot initiatives and project-based contracts. The Administrator serves on a team of individuals who provide holistic student support, ensuring the systematic infusion of wraparound care—including the availability and tracking of transportation, case management, food security, and mentorship. While not the direct provider of these services, the Administrator is responsible for setting student growth benchmarks, tracking utilization data, and collaborating across all ERIE21 departments to ensure a unified, end-to-end student-to-workforce pipeline. This role ensures all programming complies with the rigorous contractual and reporting requirements of Le Moyne College and its regional partners. This position is funded by external sources and is contingent on the continued receival of those funds. Principal Duties and Essential Functions Job duties specific to this position: Program Development & Strategic Oversight Serve as program lead for the coordination of bridge programming for local school district CTE students, ensuring alignment with ERIE21 educational pathways. Oversee the design of differentiated, forward-facing curricula including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Innovation Readiness to prepare students for the future of work. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative student pilots, such as the Podcasting Lab, while managing fee-for-service contracts to ensure high-quality programming and long-term financial stability. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to architect and maintain a gamified participation system that uses points and incentives to drive student retention and consistent attendance. Student Leadership & Wraparound Stewardship Cultivate a pipeline of student leaders, training them in facilitation and service to act as peer ambassadors within their schools and the ERIE21 ecosystem. Collaborate with colleagues to serve as a steward of student wraparound care; coordinate and track the availability of transportation, food security, and case management resources to ensure student stability. Orchestrate a comprehensive college and career mentorship program, connecting students with professional networks and tracking progress against personalized growth goals. Assessment & Reporting Collaborate with colleagues to maintain the collection and reporting of attendance, engagement, and outcome data (via Microsoft Dynamics 365) to meet contractual requirements for organizational funders and key stakeholders. Collaborate across ERIE21 teams to ensure a unified student journey from middle school through adult placement, helping to inform curriculum adjustments based on real-world sector demand. Administrative Responsibilities Actively participate in staff development sessions, retreats, and specialized training as required by ERIE21 and College leadership to ensure alignment with evolving organizational goals. Participate in regular one-on-one meetings with the Program Manager (or designated supervisor) at a frequency determined in collaboration with management to discuss KPIs, program health, and professional performance. Provide operational and onsite support to ERIE21 and Community and Social Impact colleagues during team-wide events, high-profile initiatives, and community engagement activations as needed. Assist in the preparation of internal reports and maintain accurate documentation of program expenditures and resource allocation in accordance with department standards.
