Job Description

Robert Half is excited to partner with a leading Real Estate company in the Buffalo, NY area on their search for an Administrative Specialist. This role focuses on coordinating commission and escrow closing for a 200+ agent team in various New York State locations. This is a Direct Hire position with a starting wage of $21 - $22 per hour, excellent overtime potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Process real estate commission payments, escrow deposits, and daily bank deposits for closed transactionsPrepare, issue, and reconcile escrow disbursements in accordance with transaction documentationPrint, distribute, and maintain records of weekly commission paymentsCommunicate with branch offices, attorneys, and co-brokers to resolve transaction and payment discrepanciesRecord and reconcile deposits for affiliated companies and provide supporting documentation to the accounting teamMaintain accurate transaction files and ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
