Dix Hills, NY Full Time:
Monday-Friday 7:30a-3:30p (75 biweekly hours) Benefits Eligible | Generous PTO |Bilingual is preferred
Salary:

As a NYS-approved Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education provider, we offer dynamic integrated and self-contained preschool classes. Our nurturing haven sparks each child's potential, fueled by unwavering dedication to their unique needs and soaring standards. As our Office Assistant , you will handle incoming phone calls, greet visitors, assist with student drop-off and pick-up and perform a wide variety of office tasks, including copying, scanning, filing, distributing/mailing documents and maintaining student files. Additionally, you will: Monitor the building cameras to ensure only authorized people are admitted. Maintain list of students who are driven and bussed; reconcile bus routes. Schedule appointments. Handle incoming record requests.
We require:
High School Diploma 1+ years of experience in a clerical/office assistant role Organization, detail orientation & strong computer skills Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
