Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management or clerical roles. Duties Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing excellent phone etiquette and customer support Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Utilize Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks Excel and other office software for various administrative tasks Manage calendar appointments and schedule Assist with office management tasks such as organization of files Provide customer service assistance via phone or email Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Experience with QuickBooks Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Good phone etiquette and customer service skills Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, and printers is preferred This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to utilize their administrative talents within a professional setting while contributing to a supportive team environment.
