Job Description

Renewal by Andersen of Long Island is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Jr. Sales Administrator to support daily sales team operations and assist with data-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools and has a strong interest in ensuring smooth operations in an administrative capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and document management Create, format, and maintain documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal use Maintain accurate records and databases Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day sales team operations Handle email correspondence and basic office communication Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint required) Basic to intermediate data analysis skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets, formulas, and data organization) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience) Compensation, Schedule & Benefits $26.50/hourly plus monthly bonus opportunity Full-time, Onsite in Farmingdale, NY Monday-Friday Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401(k) with generous company match percentage.
