Job Description

We are seeking office employees in a diverse and growing 25 year old gift and candy company. Part time positions is available, 2-3 days a week 9:30 - 4 pm Monday - Thursday. You must be able to multi-task and learn quickly. Computer skills (INCLUDING Quickbooks) and customer service skills required. Office duties will require updating price lists and catalogues, data input, interacting with our countrywide sales reps, warehouse interaction, assisting the bookkeeper, and various other office related activities. Knowledge of invoicing on quickbooks a must. Social media skills also a plus Western Nassau residents only apply
