Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming inquiries from clients, families, and referral sources. Conduct client intake assessments and collect required documentation. Verify insurance eligibility and authorizations. Coordinate new client admissions and service initiation. Maintain accurate client records and data entry. Collaborate with coordinators, caregivers, and healthcare providers. Follow up with referrals and prospective clients. Ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations. Qualifications High school diploma required; college degree preferred. 2+ Years of experience preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Bilingual Korean-English Care Coordinator The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional client care by coordinating caregiver schedules, monitoring service delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and caregivers. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Prepare, organize, and maintain client and employee records. Assist with payroll, billing, and office administration.
