Help Wanted:
Office Assistant (Jack-of-All-Trades) We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly Office Assistant to join our team. This is a hands -on position for someone who enjoys variety and is comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced small business. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Answering phone and greeting customers Scheduling appointments and managing calendars Filing and maintaining records Ordering office and sugar house supplies Running occasional errands Helping with day-to-day office operations and special projects as needed Assisting with bottling Create invoices for sales Collect orders for local delivery Coordinate pickups and shipments of product, Coordinate payroll and employee paperwork Completing documentation as needed Monitor phone messages and email Monitor office/sugarhouse cleanliness Ensure Subaru Ascent delivery vehicle maintenance Monitor Registrations and inspections for fleet
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong computer skills Iphone familiar Ability to multitask and prioritize Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, trustworthy and self-motivated Previous office and customer service experience is needed We offer a friendly work environment where no two days are the same.
