Job Description
About the
Role:
Large Residential Garden Co-op Community seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides essential daily support to the Property Manager and General Manager. This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and accuracy.- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Maintain corporate phone directory.
- Maintain zoom phones and liaise with IT company for Office closures.
- Manage inbox and distribute mail and interoffice files and documents.
- Maintain birthday and anniversary lists.
- Maintain yearly employee vacation list.
- Search for illegal sublet listings on various real estate websites and community forums.
- Coordinate with website developer to keep GOVO website up to date with current information and documentation.
- Troubleshoot office equipment.
- Maintain organized employee files including annual policies and documents.
- Assist in coordinating seasonal special projects, such as the Green Thumb Voucher program and annual Newsletter.
- Create, update, and proofread GOVO documents to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, and correct spelling and grammar.
- Coordinate and organize bulk mailings and property-wide hand deliveries.
- Schedule and facilitate Thursday Admissions Committee meetings.
- Attending and documenting meetings, as needed.
- Handle correspondence with attorneys to ensure monthly reports are sent timely with all appropriate updates.
- Other duties as assigned by Senior Management.
- Special projects when assigned.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday in our office in Queens, NY. Compensation commensurate with experience. - Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Collaborator who can communicate and work well with others in various departments.
- 5+ Years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
