This individual will support daily office operations, assist residents, coordinate community events, and provide administrative support across departments.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate resident clubs, special events, and community activities Create event flyers and promotional materials using PowerPoint Post flyers and notices throughout the property Enter new resident profiles and update existing information in the resident database Process, review, and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Post, approve, and reject resident notices through BuildingLink Answer resident questions and resolve concerns professionally Assist residents with basic technical issues involving smartphones and other devices Serve as the first point of contact for office deliveries, installations, and mechanical issues Maintain office supplies, reports, records, and filing systems Provide backup coverage for the front desk during lunches, breaks, and staff absences Assist management with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
