Job Description
Overview Seeking service oriented Home Health Aid / Personal Assistant with dedicated care and support. This vital role involves providing personalized assistance to in their home for a PPL registered client. Overtime pay is available after the two week paid training. Duties Assist with Activities of Daily Living Provide specialized care for clients with memory impairments, including memory care techniques and behavioral support Assist with household tasks including cleaning, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Skills Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in assisted living environments Familiarity with home health care regulations, HIPAA compliance, and patient confidentiality standards CPR and First Aid certification to respond effectively during emergencies Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with healthcare teams
