Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, professional Administrative Assistant to support our Informatics Team. You'll play a key role in keeping our hospital operations running smoothly, coordinating meetings and events, managing communications, and supporting leadership with critical administrative tasks.
What You'll Do:
Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence Prepare and maintain provider contracts and administrative records Support Risk Management and legal documentation Assist the Board of Directors with meeting materials, minutes, and special projects Coordinate events, logistics, and hospital initiatives Serve as a professional point of contact for staff, providers, vendors, and community partners
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a business-related field + 3-5 years administrative experience, or High School Diploma + 10 years administrative experience Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Why CMH? Physical Requirements:
