Automotive Service Manager

Den Kelly Chevrolet GMC is growing, and we need a strong Service Manager to help lead that growth. We've put a lot of work into improving the store over the last couple of years, and we're looking for someone who wants to help keep pushing things forward. This isn't a department that needs someone to just maintain it. We need someone who can lead people, keep things organized, solve problems, and help build a service department customers actually want to come back to. The right person understands that fixed ops is about more than numbers. It's about the team, the customer experience, communication, accountability, and making sure things don't fall through the cracks when the business gets busy. You'd be overseeing the day-to-day operation of the service department - working closely with advisors, technicians, parts, and management.
