Adobe Acrobat Full Job Description Overview:
To provide high-level administrative and operational support to 3 to 4 Vice Presidents across Intl CCO & New Revenue Streams including functions such as Revenue Management, Licensing & Merchandising, Canisters and Import & Export, Business Models & D2C, ensuring the smooth execution of daily activities, effective calendar and travel management, and coordination of meetings and departmental projects.
Responsibilities:
Calendar & Meeting Management:
Own and manage complex calendars, schedule meetings and cross-functional engagements, and ensure alignment across time zones and stakeholders.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and itineraries.
Event & Meeting Logistics:
Plan and execute internal and external meetings, team offsites, and departmental events with precision and attention to detail.
Confidential Information Handling :
Manage sensitive and proprietary information with discretion and integrity.
Expense & Budget Support:
Prepare and reconcile expense reports (T&E) and P-card transactions using Concur; support budget tracking as needed.
Document & Presentation Creation:
Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations and departmental documents, incorporating visuals, charts, and data.
Digital File & Knowledge Management:
Maintain organized digital files, shared drives, and internal databases for easy access and version control.
Office Operations:
Monitor and manage office supplies, tools, and resources to support team efficiency.
Culture & Engagement:
Help coordinate team-building activities, recognition programs, and networking events to foster a positive team culture.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional interactions.
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $66,700
  • $103,900.
Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working with international teams and different time zones. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and precision. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating needs. Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential matters. Flexibility to adjust work hours based on business needs (e.g., early mornings, after hours). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Skilled in Apple products (Mac, iPad, iPhone) and iOS applications; Adobe Acrobat proficiency required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
